Sunset Industrial Park

Sunset Industrial Park is a 179,021 SF ground-up development in the growing city of Henderson, Nevada. This Class A asset is comprised of two buildings, one 92,165 SF and the other 86,856 SF. This development project began in early 2021 and was completed near the end of 2023. 

Sunset Industrial Park has a 32′ clear height, vast shared dock loading, and heavy electrical capacity with 2500 amps of 3 phase power per building. Each building is occupied by a single tenant, and was fully preleased before completion.
