Josh is the Vice President of Acquisitions & Development for Commercial Parks. His responsibilities include leading industrial development projects, underwriting value-add investment opportunities across asset types, and assessing financing options. He successfully coordinated the development of Sunset Industrial Park, a 179,021 SF industrial park in Henderson NV, along with assisting in management and loan decisions throughout the portfolio. He is currently working on repositioning projects in Virginia, Temecula, and Sacramento.

Aimee Knox has been in property management since 1994, she is the Controller for the company and her primary role is all aspects of accounting using the Yardi Property Management Software. Aimee attended Humboldt State University in California for an accounting degree. She went on to pursue her first accounting position at a property management company in California where she learned the Yardi System. After, five years with them she moved to Las Vegas and obtained her current position. She has mastered the Yardi Property Management System Software with 28+ years of experience.
Danielle Sarah has been in property managements as a licensed real estate agent in Nevada for over 15 years with a property management permit.Her primary role for the company is property administrative management.. Prior, Danielle went to real estate school in Arizona and she worked for a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage doing research and marketing.
