Las Vegas, NV, Sold to Marriott International – This apartment property was acquired at below market cost and was entitled as a Condominium project (360 units) in Las Vegas off the ground, which was thereafter sold to the Marriott International in 2007.  Emil Khalili lead the project from identifying the property, acquisition, entitlements, FAA approvals, and all third party reports and structuring relationships with general contractors, hotel management groups and sales and marketing groups.
