Las Vegas Apartments

Oct. 2008-2013 – Overall, three apartment complexes were purchased in Las Vegas, NV, in superior locations with underlying land values due to H1 Zoning. One of the priories were directly across from MGM.  The exterior of the building as well as the interior of each unit was substantially renovated, including appliances, bathrooms and kitchen cabinets. Rental income in each case was substantially increased by charging higher rents and more efficient management of expenses. The properties were sold at various points from 2011-2013. One of the buildings was Master leased to a veterans organization and received high praises for the scope of renovation from the Mayor and City officials and was sold with a high IRR.
