Trustee Sale/Purchase of Apartments

Las Vegas, NV, Feb. 2013-2016 – In February of 2013, attended a Trustee Sale and purchased series of quad-plex apartment buildings which later implemented the common exterior improvements with new three shade paint, wood accents, and porcelain tiles. Also, all the interiors were improved with new flooring and appliances. Through this renovation effort, the value of the buildings were increased by 65%. Property was sold at over 2.2X profit.
