The Realm Structural & Architectural team in Northern CA submits plans to the city for the seismic retrofit of 104,000 sq/ft at the Alvarado Industrial Center in San Leandro. The seismic retrofit plans passed Wells Fargo’s rigorous requirements to bring down the PML to below 20, on these buildings with CMLE and concrete tilt-up.
